Abstract INTRODUCTION Internal hernias caused by broad ligament defects are an infrequent cause of bowel obstruction. These may be congenital or acquired mainly gynecological antecedents. Small is the most common affected and diagnosis difficult due to nonspecific symptoms absences characteristic radiological signs. MATERIAL AND METHODS We report cases three women aged from 43 56 years old, who came emergency with abdominal pain, vomiting bloating hours duration. One patient has a history laparoscopic appendectomy, rest them no surgical history.
